Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Plan Repas service, operated by Micronick (Nicolas Mailloux), established in Quebec (Canada). By creating an account or using the service, you unreservedly accept these terms.

2. Service description

Plan Repas is a weekly meal planning service. Based on the information you provide (family profile, dietary restrictions, recipes), it generates a meal plan and a consolidated grocery list, delivered by email.

3. User account

Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password meeting strength requirements. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed through your account. Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available and strongly recommended.

4. Free trial and subscription

Plan Repas offers a 30-day free trial with no commitment. After this period, continued use of the service requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual), billed through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the Settings page. No prorated refund is granted for a period already started, unless required by law.

5. Dietary restrictions and medical advice

The personalization features let you record dietary restrictions (intolerances, preferences, specific diets). Plan Repas is not a medical tool. Generated plans do not constitute nutritional or medical advice and do not replace the opinion of a healthcare professional. You are solely responsible for verifying ingredients and the suitability of recipes for your situation.

6. Intellectual property

Recipes you add to your personal library remain your property. By sharing them in the community library, you grant Plan Repas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce and display them, strictly limited to operating the service. Shared recipes are stored as snapshots: later edits by the author do not propagate to copies already added by other users.

7. Prohibited uses

  • Circumventing the technical protection or rate-limiting measures of the service.
  • Automating access to the service outside of official APIs.
  • Distributing unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Using the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.

8. Availability and warranties

Plan Repas is provided "as is". While we strive to keep the service available, no guarantee of uninterrupted availability is offered. Maintenance windows may occur, ideally announced in advance. Plan Repas's liability is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount actually paid by the user over the last 12 months.

9. Personal data

Processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy and the provisions of Quebec's Law 25.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion triggers a full data erasure within a maximum of 30 days (soft delete followed by physical purge). Plan Repas reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of manifest breach of these terms.

11. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated. Substantial changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new version.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law in force in the province of Quebec (Canada). Any dispute will be submitted exclusively to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
